Repeat Medications

If you have a long term medical condition that requires medication the doctor will add the drugs to your repeat medication list. Please note the following:

Medicines are issued in monthly quantities.

When you need a 'repeat' please ensure you allow two working days before you need more tablets. In most cases you will have a B-side to the prescription (see below) and merely need to tick the appropriate drug required.

bullet

If you require a drug that is not on the B-side of your prescription then you will need to write a letter requesting the drug. Please remember to put your full details on the letter so that we know who wants it!

bullet

Requests must be made in writing or a repeat script left at the surgery, faxed requests are also acceptable. Please enclose a SAE if you wish us to post a prescription either to you or direct to a chemist.

bullet

On-line repeat prescription ordering is now available once  registered for internet access to your  medical records.
