Practice area

The surgery covers all of Rowlands Castle and the surrounding area. If you are uncertain if you live near enough to the practice then please ring us and we will be happy to advise.

Registering with the practice is simple. Most people will have a NHS card with all the details we require, please complete your new address details and bring it to the practice. Your records will be automatically transferred to us.

If you have lost your NHS card then don't worry, registration is still simple but please allow slightly more  time to complete the necessary forms.
